traduction anglaise : The twin cams as they became known were very expensive hand built sports cars. The engine is a 1497cc twin over head cam four cylinder built by Singer. After 15APB left the factory the company could only produce performance parts and did not produce another car. It was the last car HRG made, except for a brief one off effort some twenty years late. The twin cam was one of the first few manufacturers to have hydraulic calipers and disk for brakes. These were built in house by HRG. Jaguar made famous disk brakes at Le Mans.
